COST OF TRAVEL

The Ghana Experience is $2,900 PP (single) or $2,400 PP (dual).

This can be paid in installments. A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be applied to your overall cost.

Final payment is due by December 10, 2025 to ensure all deposits for lodging, ground transportation, and travelers’ visas are submitted on time.

The dates of travel to Ghana are January 10-18 2026

Travelers can make payments between now and December 10, 2025, in increments of their own choosing.

AMENITIES

Travelers will have access to the following amenities, ensuring a safe, comfortable and stress-free experience throughout the tour.

Transportation to and from Kotoka International Airport (ACC) in Accra, Ghana.

An experienced, designated driver to safely transport travelers from the residences to scheduled itinerary locations.

The travel group will be provided with a local tour guide to provide important details about where you are and what you’re experiencing. The guide will also assist with the negotiation of purchases. (Everything is negotiable!)

Paid entrance fees to all events and activities listed on the itinerary.

Lodging in Ghana. Each group will share one house to keep costs at a minimum. In-house services and amenities include: daily room cleanings and housekeeping services, fresh towels, a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a solo or shared room upon request.

Overnight accommodations in Kumasi are also covered. Two meals per day will be prepared by a personal chef and served at the shared residence. For your constant safety, you will be provided with a security team that will make sure you are safe and comfortable wherever you go. Wi-Fi will be available at the shared residence.

VISA APPLICATION

The application fees for your travel visa will be included in the cost of your travel package and will be handled by your host. All travelers must have a valid passport before the host can apply for your travel visa. If you already have a Ghanaian Visa, the $125 fee will be subtracted from your total. Each passport must be sent to the embassy for approval. Travel companions are strongly advised to submit all passports for visa approval at once to reduce wait times.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your trip, you must do so at least four months before the departure date to receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the $250 non-refundable deposit.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly recommended.

NOT INCLUDED

• The cost of air travel to and from Ghana is the sole responsibility of each traveler. By request, the host can help find the best flight.

• Transportation to places not listed on the itinerary.

• Outside excursions not listed on the itinerary are to be taken at your own cost, risk, and responsibility.

• Restaurant food, souvenirs, alcohol.
