Cancellations & Refunds

• Consultation/Service fees are non-refundable.

• With the purchase of Travel Insurance refunds for trip payments (excluding service fees) may take up to 30 days, depending on your financial institution, including cancellations for flights, cruises, hotels, excursions, car rentals, or Airbnb. 

• All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Any travel cash/credit issued will reflect the total paid minus non-refundable service fees.
